Managing in-kind distributions is now more seamless and efficient for both GPs and LPs:

• In-App Email Delivery & Customization: Initiate, customize, and send request emails directly from the Partners tab of each fund entity—complete with your firm's logo and tailored messaging.
• Direct LP Frictionless Navigation: Request emails include a secure link that routes LPs directly to the Securities Transfer Instructions section of their portfolio for the given investment, ensuring quick and accurate completion.
• Real-Time Status Tracking: Add the new Securities Transfer Instructions column to your Partners table view to instantly monitor securities account setup progress directly in Carta without needing manual data exports.
  
  

Who is this available for?

In-app Securities Transfer Instruction requests and tracking are available to all Carta Fund Administration clients and their investors. 

To get started, navigate to your fund entity’s Partners tab and click Request Transfer Instructions > Securities Instructions to customize and send request emails to LPs. You can also adjust your Partners table view to add the Securities Instructions column for real-time status tracking.
