Description
The interest issuance flow got a major upgrade. Now, users are able to create one or many draft issuance sets and can then work on populating the issuance spreadsheet on their own time. As partial or full data is entered, that can be saved to prevent data loss & rework. Once the issuance set is populated and reviewed it can be issued to the cap table. In addition to saving data, holder data is now entered on the issuance spreadsheet to further streamline this process.
